This kit represents an ancient statue in Greek/Roman style which originates from before the birth of Christ. The statue depicts the Goddess Athena, originally a Greek Goddess but she was also "adopted" by the Romans as many Athena statues can be found in former Roman settlements in Italy and Northern Africa. Athena stands on a pedestal decorated with a bass relief of horses and riders. This vignette base is a perfect piece to put your historical figures on, from ancient Greeks to WWII Fallschirmjäger!. Also, this kit could be used to integrate in a bigger diorama.
